For reporting potential compliance violations by employees, business partners or other affected parties
Acting with integrity and in line with regulations is a top priority for ENERCON and is the foundation on which our success is built. We review every report thoroughly and investigate them rigorously.
What is a compliance violation?
Breach of legislation
Violation of international regulations
Breach of ENERCON’s fundamental ethical principles
For employees, business partners and other affected parties
Affected parties and anyone involved in any investigations are afforded the greatest possible level of protection
The principle of the 'fair trial' is extended to both the whistleblower and the accused
Reports can be made anonymously
We need answers to the following questions:
Who? What? Where? When? How?
Plus a clear description of what happened. Ideally, the whistleblower will be available to answer any further questions.

ENERCON’s whistleblowing system also acts as a grievance mechanism. To demonstrate our responsibility as a company and in line with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the grievance mechanism gives potentially affected stakeholders access to remediation.
The grievance mechanism is available to the following persons and their legal representatives:
All ENERCON employees
Business partners (including their employees)
Otherwise affected persons (e.g. residents near a production site)
Organisations (e.g. media representatives, non-governmental organizations)
